The Simoa CorPlex Human Cytokine Panel 1 is a multiplex immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of 10 inflammatory biomarkers:

The 10 biomarkers are measured in serum and EDTA plasma on the Quanterix SP-X™ imaging and analysis platform. This assay has been validated according to Quanterix design control principles and fit-for-purpose guidance. Validation data is highlighted in the validation report and datasheets available for download from quanterix.com. The Application Note describes the analysis of EDTA plasma samples from 1 st line colorectal and 1st line gastric cancer samples.
