The NF-light™ ELISA RUO kit allows fast quantification (<3 hours) of neurofilament light (NF-L) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The amount of sample is small (50 μl) and the standard curve ranges from 50-5000 pg/ml allowing for direct measurement of NF-L in many different neurological conditions. The kit is for research use only.
